What you’re charged, and why
The price you see before requesting is an estimate from the expected distance and time. If the trip changes — a detour, heavier traffic, a longer wait, a different drop-off — the final fare can differ, and your receipt itemises it.
Where a cancellation fee applies, it is shown before you confirm the cancellation, not after. Where your city authorises a card before dispatch, an authorisation that is never charged is released.
Payment
Varies by city
Payment methods depend on what actually works in a market, not on a single model forced everywhere. The app shows your options before you book.
Planning ahead
Schedule a ride
You can book a ride for later from the app and see your upcoming trips in one place. A scheduled ride is dispatched for you when the time comes.
Accessibility
If you use a mobility aid or need extra time getting in, you can tell your driver in the app before they arrive. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not yet a separate category — when they are, they will appear as their own option rather than as a note.
